• Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location. We are not responsible for any carrier-related delays once the package leaves our facility.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Lavish by London & Co. is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit.
To protect your order, we strongly encourage adding shipping insurance at checkout. This ensures your package is covered should any issues arise after it leaves our hands.

If you're local to our area, we offer free local pickup or delivery on qualifying orders. Details will be provided during checkout if this option is available in your area.
