Return Policy
At Lavish by London & Co., every product is crafted with care, intention, and a commitment to clean beauty. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our candles and skincare, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is an issue with your order that was caused on our end — such as receiving the wrong item or a defect in the product — we’ll be happy to resolve it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right. To be eligible for consideration, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
We strongly encourage you to add shipping insurance at checkout. Once your order has been released to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our candles and skincare, all sales are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our candles and skincare, we can not accept exchanges and  all sales are final.
Refunds
All items are filal sale! Although we do not offer refunds, in an event that there was an issue on our end and a refund is granted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
