Five Beauty Products Worth Your Money

Five Beauty Products Worth Your Money

Beauty products can get expensive quickly, but spending more doesn’t always mean you’re getting more. That’s why I’m always on the lookout for products that actually deliver, whether they’re affordable drugstore finds or a little more of a splurge.

Here are five beauty products I believe are truly worth your money.

1. Fine’ry Body Wash & Perfume
If you’re on a budget but still want to smell amazing, Fine’ry is definitely worth checking out. Their body washes are very moisturizing, and the fragrances linger on the skin, which is something I really appreciate.
The best part? You don’t necessarily have to spend a lot of money to smell luxurious. Fine’ry products are available at Target and other drugstores, making them an easy and affordable addition to your beauty routine.

2. Amika Hair Care Products
Amika is one of those hair-care brands that I think is worth the investment. Their products leave my hair feeling soft, moisturized, and cared for, and they offer a variety of products depending on what your hair needs.
While Amika isn’t the least expensive hair-care brand on the market, I think the quality makes the price worthwhile. If you’re willing to spend a little more on your hair, Amika is a brand I would recommend trying.

3. Saltair Body Care
Saltair is another body-care brand that deserves a spot on this list. Their products are moisturizing and have beautiful scents that make your everyday shower or body-care routine feel a little more luxurious.
I also love that the products are relatively easy to find. You can purchase Saltair at Target, Ulta, and other retailers, so you don’t necessarily have to go searching for them.

4. MAC Lip Liners
MAC lip liners are one of those beauty products where I believe you get what you pay for. Yes, they cost more than most lip liners, but in my opinion, they are worth every penny.
They’re highly pigmented, long-lasting, and have stood the test of time. MAC has been a trusted beauty brand for years, and its lip pencils continue to be a staple in my makeup bag.

If you wear lip liner regularly, investing in a few good MAC shades can be well worth it. They’re the kind of products you can reach for again and again.

5. Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner
Last but certainly not least is Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. If you’re someone who prioritizes moisturizing hair care, I think these products are worth considering.
One of the things I appreciate is that a little goes a long way, which helps justify the higher price. Although Olaplex is expensive compared with many drugstore shampoos and conditioners, the products can last a long time when you use only what you need.

For my Black women looking for a moisturizing hair-care option, Olaplex is one I think is worth trying. Good hair care is an investment, and sometimes spending a little more on products that work can save you from constantly buying products that don’t.

Final Thoughts
You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on beauty products to have a great routine. Some of my favorite products are affordable and easy to find, while others are more of an investment, but each of these five has earned its place in my beauty routine for a reason.
Whether you’re looking for a new body wash, fragrance, hair care products, or the perfect lip liner, these are five brands I believe are worth your money.
