Are You Making History? A Women’s History Month Reflection
Share
Every March we celebrate Women’s History Month, a time to honor the women who shaped the world before us.
Women who challenged systems. Women who built businesses. Women who created opportunities where none existed before.
Their courage, vision, and resilience deserve recognition. But reflection shouldn’t stop with admiration. It should also lead to a deeper question:
What kind of history are we writing with our own lives?
Most of us move through our days focused on responsibilities, deadlines, and expectations. Life becomes a cycle of work, obligations, and occasional rest. And in the middle of it all, it’s easy to postpone the dreams, ideas, and growth that once mattered deeply to us.
Women’s History Month offers an opportunity to pause and reconsider how we are showing up in our own lives. Not with pressure. Not with comparison. But with intention.
The truth is, history isn’t always created through grand gestures. Often, it’s shaped through quiet decisions:
• choosing discipline over distraction
• developing skills consistently
• setting boundaries that protect our growth
• believing we are capable of more
These small, intentional choices accumulate over time and transform the direction of our lives.
That’s why this year, I created something simple but meaningful.
A short reflection guide called:
“Are You Making History?”
It’s designed to help you pause and ask yourself a few powerful questions about the woman you are becoming.
Inside the guide you’ll reflect on:
• the habits shaping your future
• the areas of your life that need leadership
• the actions you may have been delaying
• and how to begin building momentum over the next 30 days
This guide isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness. Because meaningful change begins with honest reflection.
So as we celebrate the women who made history before us, take a moment to ask yourself:
What role will I play in the story that comes next?
